Repair Policy
- Any customer that uses our services or purchases merchandise from us will automatically be subject to all Phone Repair Cell Computer Geeks polices.
- Quotes given online or over the phone are rough estimates, the accurate repair cost will be determined once the phone is diagnosed by our technicians.
- All repairs may be subject to a NONREFUNDABLE diagnostic fee that ranges from $25 to $49. If a customer chooses to continue with the repair after the diagnose, the diagnostic fee can be applied to the final repair cost and customer will pay the price difference.
- All and any repairs no matter how simple or complicated carries are risk of data loss. Customer is responsible to back up their data before any repair is done. Cell & Computer Geeks is not responsible for any data loss.
- All repairs carry a 30-day warranty on replaced/fixed parts. Wear and tear, physical, or liquid damage voids the warranty!
- We are only responsible for the repairs being done on the device. The warranty does not cover the whole device or any other unrelated parts.
- Customers have up to 30-days to collect their device. If a customer fails to collect their device within the grace period Phone Repair Cell & Computer Geeks shall recycle the device whether it’s been paid for or not.
- Customers must NOT leave any additional accessories or parts with the device being repaired; that includes cases, phone or laptop chargers, sim cards, and/or memory cards). We are NOT responsible for any lost items.
- Devices being repaired for liquid damage do NOT carry a warranty of any kind.
- By dropping off your device for repair or diagnose you are giving consent and acknowledging that Phone Repair Cell & Computer Geeks will attempt the necessary steps to diagnose or repair your device.
- Devices being repaired for any issue will NOT carry a warranty of any kind if it has a broken, cracked, or missing back at the time of drop off.
- All devices sales are final, they carry a 30-day warranty. No refunds, special situations warrant exchanges under the warranty period. Wear and tear, physical, or liquid damage voids the warranty!
- All accessories sales and repairs are final. No refunds or exchanges.
